- make farm-level adaptation action more possible by working with farmers to identify priority capacity needs at the provincial level
- the aquaculture sector (oysters and salmon) build long-term plans for future climate and environmental changes
- manage a funding program that helps protect and upgrade important seafood and fishing infrastructure

- implement an adaptation strategy for the electricity sector
